Called the NVC again. They got my case yesterday and I now have the case number and invoice number :)

They said my attorney will get the fee bills shortly. One step closer!

Try logging in and see if you can fill out the choice of agent, they say you're not supposed to till they send the welcome email, but most people have been able to, once that gets reviewed you'll get the welcome email and AOS bill, otherwise you might be waiting 2 weeks

I am same situation. my both payments show in process. waiting for ds-260 unlock.

What I've seen from others, it does't unlock right away, we might need to wait till next week.

I don't need to choose an agent since I have an attorney. And he will get both bills at once. One benefit of all of the money I paid for his services.

o you already got past that part

both of my payments cleared the bank in 3 days, but still show in process which I think is a problem.

NVC will say it takes 1 week to process, and that my be 1 week from when it clears the bank, sounds like you're past that though

I had to send another document in because it turned out the embassy in my country wanted something specific i didn't know before we sent the whole package.

And nothing special about my case.. :) I am happy.

So nobody knows about scheduling the interview? I need to wait for an email or to keep bug them every once and a while?

Thank you!

I just can't believe we are through NVC without any RFE:s or other problems...I am so happy or should I say WE are both so happy and next step is medical and interview..and today it is Friday..*happy*...:)..I hope all of you who waits for a case complete soon will get the good news! I wish you all best luck!

The NVC issued our case number / invoice number on August 5th, we were able to set agent, pay both fees and complete the visa application in the following two weeks.

Sent both doc packets together on August 17th, was delivered on the 21st, scan date of the 22nd. Just called again and learned our case is 'under review' as of Sept. 15th. Happy it got to review so quickly, hopefully, there's no issues or checklist and we can get a CC and transfer to Madrid in next month or so.

Applicant Country: Spain

Delivery Date: August 21st

Scan Date: August 22nd

Review Start: September 15th
