I don't think it will take that long hopefully. I set up my agent last night.

I am trying to expedite our case due to medical reasons. I just sent the email with proof attached. I thought I would get an automated reply or something but I have not received anything yet.  Anyone know about expediting?

I expedited my cases on 8/31 and received a confirmation email on 9/1 and today i received a email saying the embassy approved it. I did not send any proof.

I just called and got it too!

Looks like I call just a little too early yesterday.

I already filled out the DS261

Will call them back shortly to see if they can review it and unlock the fee.

Mexico waiting times are very long so I want to get everything rolling.

You can try 1 since it connects faster. I always use option 1 for whatever. I hope this helps.

So late last night I called NVC as someone here suggested to make sure my agent was set up correctly. The guy I spoke to was nice and offered to do it for me to make sure there was no issues. I then asked if I could pay fees. He said oh yes you should be able to online. I advised him I didn't see the option available to me and can he help me. He said oh I see that but you will be able to really soon. I said how soon, he then gave me the two week spill and then again said but soon. I checked my email this morning and shortly after I got off the phone with him I was emailed my welcome letter. Don't know if the call had anything to do with it or if just a coincidence.

O man you got lucky, apparently he wasnt even supposed to fill out the choice of agent form.

That's why it probably went through cause he did it in the phone.
