You can do that in the i-130 thread, thats the purpose of having threads for specific purposes, this NVC thread is recreated every month for that specific purpose

what does " pr income tax returns" ? they wanted something besides the transcripts? I thought the transcripts covered everything.

First scan date 1st may 2017 , I got a checklist of police report certificate so second scan date Aug 24th 2017 and cc on Aug 1st wow it's miracle

I should be getting mine this week, it was sent on Sept 1st, the holiday probably delayed it.

Case says READY but consulate says case is not in system, I jumped the gun and booked an interview but they say its invalid until I receive the letter so I might have to cancel it.

Appointment Letter: Flew to Juarez just to get this, its actually 2 letters you need.

Interview Day: Jan 2nd   Interview Result: APPROVED

Tracking Number Received: Via email notice and website the afternoon of Jan 4th    Visa Delivered: Friday Jan 5th Mexico City

USCIS Notice - Green Card mailed: 3/28/18

hey guys...

   I just filled by ds261  (choice of agent), i logged in as applicant but chose my husband(who is petitioner) as agent and submitted the form. Please guide me what to do next.

 

P.S. Really afraid if i have submitted it right or not. :S

You should read this.

Call NVC to give them both your emails (if you want) and ask them to review the ds261 over the phone.

Not everyone rep may be willing to do it, that should help things move along a little quicker.

My husband got his police clearance today, and we will have his daughter's birth certificate Thurs (still don't get why they need that since she's not immigrating). I was super worried because of the hurricane, but the power went back on today and the office was actually opened :)

7-5 is apparently when you did your ds261 they didn't receive documents until 7/22. Most likely just mean they are still reviewing. The system may be updating on time now.

You are correct. I'm just a bit lost for now. From the time I completed the DS-260, all I saw was that they received it and I should submit financial documents and civil docs which were sent in long before I completed the DS-260. I just checked and that's what I'm seeing.

If you got a scan date you should be fine, probably just a hiccup.

And also status doesn't always change even when they do receive something, often that's how you know when its complete, when its no longer pending items.
