its funny every time they try to assert, please wait 6 weeks.

I think I'll skip Friday and call Monday evening.

They always say that but it goes much smoother than that. Good luck!

Our scan date is 8-29, when I go to CEAC I get the message telling me they need the AOS and Civil documents. Which they have and are scanned, is that normal I am seeing that message?

Mine says the same, 'submit financial and civil documents'. I heard that doesn't change until you get a cc.

Hello. My husband had applied and filed for my I 130 application last year in August 2016. We are still waiting for the approval notice. Im a bangladeshi national but living in Dubai , UAE. My husband lives in Dallas but my case was sent to Nebraska service centre.

We've  been closely following the Nebraska processing times report on uscis website. Currently it shows they're processing cases as of date 26 November 2016. What does that mean for me? My hubby filed case in August and I believe he got receipt notice in mid December. So does that mean I'll have to wait till Nebraska reaches mid December date for us to get approval notice?

What's ur Priority date?

I already inquired to be transferred to a different service center and was told no. Uscis has control over that and I believe they stuck me in Nebraska just because my husband is from Ghana so they can make me suffer. I see many other people who filed after me who have spouses in Ghana be approved but they were not stuck in Nebraska...

The system is so unfair and I feel like I'm treated like my husband isn't as important as everyone else's. My husband is my joy, my life and it hurts seeing how the system works against some of us...

Nebraska takes long only because it processes the majority of the immigrant visa cases. I highly doubt people are placed in certain centers based on where they come from.

Nebraska has a mix of applicants from different continents.
