Just called NVC to check if my case was received, only took about 20min on hold

They didn't have my LIN number in their system and told me it takes up to 6 weeks and they'd contact me yada yada

Its been 15 days now and thats when most people have had their case received.

So I guess I'll try again in maybe 2 days.

I'm assuming if the number isn't in their system that means they haven't received it.

Hi Please help

1.When I edit my I864 I cannot see the bar code.

2. Do I need to write N/A to all fields with pen, not on computer?

3. Even if I say my mailing address is same as my physical address, I put the same address again in mailing address?

Thanks

I filled in all the N/A fields with pen that the computer wouldn't allow me to type

Yes i put address in the mailing address again

Maybe save your I 864 then reopen it, and see if the bar code appears

Don't forget to put your case number on every page in the upper right hand corner

Ah good to know, I had seen a few others that took only 15 days, but I'm sure it doesn't even register for a few more, maybe I'll try every other day rather than every day.

I requested to speak to a supervisor when I get the second scan date and the representative said I will wait for 11 weeks, and I gently explain to the supervisor that I can't wait 11 weeks because have waited a long time before. She was so nice and calm

I have spoken to a supervisor already and I was just told that they can't do anything about it as cases are reviewed in the order they are received. What exactly did you say to the supervisor, if you don't mind me asking?

My wife sounds so pity on phone because she was so sad when they told her we have to wait another 11 weeks , I think the supervisor felt that in her voice, the supervisor said to her and I coat " ma there is nothing I can do or else I have the checklist document before I can continue the application processing " and my wife responded to her that the checklist document is sent that it's in our file so the supervisor checked and found out it's there, she told my wife that she will personally review the application and get result within 7 days, the cc came 3 days after the call . My wife was crying before she called I think the supervisor felt that in our voice that why she decided to help .
