Yes it has priority date which is may 27 ,2016 please what does this mean

What is your filing category?  It should say in above the priority date as "preference category."  They let us check the latest visa bulletin to determine if your date is current:

i got this e-mail to, this e-mail means that your case is complete and now you  must wait for interview  i got my interview date CC 7/27/2017 interview 10/30/2017

And yes your PD must current .

So have I, I think it depends on the embassy. Check out the spreadsheet and filter by your embassy, this may give you a better idea of how long it takes to schedule an interview for you.

My visa category is CR1 I don't understand how to check all this I'm so tired and confused

your visa is non imigrant so i don't now  maybe this process is not for you at all.

MY PD IS 9/12/2015  I GOT MY INTERVIEW DATE BY E-MAIL
