My check got cashed!!!! yayyyyyyyyyyy

So I took the receipt number and started stalking my case, and this is what I found:

"On April 14, 2007, we received this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E), and mailed you a notice describing how we will process your case. Please follow any instructions on this notice. We will notify you by mail when we make a decision or if we need something from you. "

So if they mailed something to me, is that the NOA1?

I'm so glad I can finally stop signing into online banking every 5 minutes to see when they cashed the check :)

Divorced. To hell with him.

You will receive you NOA-1 through snail mail. It is called a Notice of Action 1-797, which basically is the receipt notice informing you they cashed your cheque and have issued you a receipt number and a number for the beneficiary. Best wishes to you !

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.
