So I just tried and it takes me to rescheduling an interview. Is this how you spoke to them?!

What! reschedule interview?

Nope, it only takes you to an agent because the options means you didn't have your receipt number available to it transfers you to an agent?

Have not had any interview scheduled not to talk of rescheduling any...

Pls try it again and listen carefully to those options before making those selections again

Finally approval!!! I had a text message 2 days ago saying it had been updated, but no changes, I had a feeling this meant they had touched my case. Then another this morning! The case tracker didn’t update but when I log into the old ‘my uscis’ page it says ‘new card has been produced’.

i was literally about to apply for n400 this week.... weird timing, I guess I’ll put it off for a couple months just to relax!

timeline for those interested:

Sep 5 2017: noa1

Nov 5 2018: transferred to Nebraska

Feb 19 2018: card being produced

I'm on the same boat. May I know what kind of service request you placed ? Missing docs or case is out of normal processing time ? I think most of us will be within normal processing time and they won't let me request it. I'm a Dec 2017 filer and filed N400 on Dec 2018..

How is it possible, based on the dates indicated on this response that you filed for I-751 on September 12, 2018, and you filed for N-400 on September 6, 2018?  This is chronologically out of order and it is impossible if the information is true.  One cannot file for N-400 before I-751.

9/12/2018 is the service  request placed for pending i751rather than. filing date for i751

I did case out of normal processing time (fortunately that day, maybe there was network glitch that brought the processing time for CSC to 13 months so I took that opportunity to submit the service request)

Yes you're right ... that was a typo from their end :) ... I submitted N400 on 09/06/2018 and i-751 on 09/12/2017.

All my receipt notice shows the correct date so that was why I didn't get to worry about the typo ...

Can you please share the number you called to speak  with Tier 2 officer and also i am not very familiar with this process what is Tier 2 Officer means?

I called the USCIS number listed on the website and try to connect someone at your local application center.

I think the options are, 1, 4,2,6 for reps. Please don't quote me on the extensions but you need to get to Application support center reps.

Once you have them just ask them to connect you to their supervisor. After that ask that supervisor to connect you to Tier 2.

Hope this helps. Good luck

Hey Guys/Gals.

I filed for ROC in september 2017, got the 18 month extension letter last year, applied for N400 in september 2018. Got a update on the I751 case in december 2018 that a new office has jurisdiction on my case and no update since then on neither I751 nor N400. Now the 18 month extension is set to expire in March 2019, so next month. What should I be doing ? just book info pass and get the I551 stamp or is there anything more that I can do ?

The I551 stamp is the best bet for the time being.
