I applied through VSC on Sep 18 ,2017 but never heared anything back yet .They have never requested for any documents but i have submitted everything that they needed so not sure how long does it take. My EAC start EAC172525 .

was it ever transferred?

mine got transferred to TSC on Nov 23

I went to get the Temp stamp from my local USCIS office in Sep,2018 they told me they had my case there transferred in March,2018

same here, i got my stamp in sept 2018 as well and they gave me 6month extension. going back again to extend on Jan 24 & inquire on my status as well. Process is definitely gruesome.

 

not to scare however i saw some denials in EAC252 series last year. i am not satisfied until mine come with approval.

keep us updated when you go back if they give you any feed back all i know the person who gave me the stamp has told me that i am in the Queue for interview they told me that in September so i dont know how much more wait time is. Also the processing time showing for VSC is 15.5 t0 18 months so really can not file the inquiry on the website. But i am confident will get the positive result.

Just wanted to share my good news with you! 

I am a September filler WAC173 ( Filled my paperwork on 09/05/2017) and I just received my new green card!!!!!

Originally filled in Texas, the case has been processing in California. In November my case was transferred to Nebraska and TODAY I found it in my mailbox!!! 

 

Wishing you a fast process! Green cards are coming !!!

Congratulations! What date were you transferred to Nebraska? And did you not get any notification it was approved before you found it in the mail!? What is your online status?

Hi, can you share the first 5 numbers after the WAC of your case? Also,  did you receive a notification or notice before received your green card?

My wife received an RFE and we complied additional documents including two affidavits from friends stating that we are married and reside at the same address and mailed it back in. I just realized that I forgot to include the copy of her state ID in the packet before we mailed it to USCIS yesterday. Does anyone know if it matters that we forgot to put the copy of her state ID in the packet?

hennessey4747- Did you send them your diver licence or state ID and her diver licence in the past showing same address, if it is you will be fine.  Also bank statements and may be other documents show same address, so you might be okay.

Thank you!I was transferred to Nebraska On November 6th. I did! I just didn't look at that time..here is a screenshot.

No we didn’t send the DL’s in the past. However, every document we sent including our deed to our house has both our names on them. We also include the affidavits in this packet.

WAC17237. I received a few notifications, here is a screenshot.
