I am travelling out of the country with I751 ROC pending as well as N400 pending. On the way back I have both the letter. what should I show the customs agent the N400 receipt or I751 18 month extension letter ? Anybody in the same boat and traveled internationally already ?

Immigration offices does not care about N-400 notice ( you may take with it, no need to show them to make it complicated, also it does not prove any status).  You need to show them expired Green card and 18 months official extension letter and you will be fine.

Hi!

As we figure it out here, Missouri office is actually NBC, that means they are almost ready to schedule our I751+N400 interviews. It's already happened for some people, who's local offices is not so busy :) I still waiting for invitation, Denver is not fast one. On-line status is not most reliable source of information, some people is done with immigration process already, but their status is still like "we accept your biometrics":))

Jerry and Elena-Did you find out from VJ, anyone of your field office and combo I-751+N400 and time to get N-400 interview and any acceleration due to comb interview even N-400 of your office might be 12-16 months ( this my assumption)

My wife went overseas the day after she had biometrics for N400. She only took the green card and the 18 month extension letter. No issues EXCEPT when coming home through Chicago (Ohare) she was pulled out of immigration line and asked to wait for a secondary review because she was on extension letter. Another officer came out of an office 5 minutes or so later and said no problem she is good to go. I have heard similar thing happens to others. No issues but it may trigger a secondary review.

Actually, I was more worried about Phillipines immigration, but she had no issues there.

I applied july of 2017 for ky I-751 and August 2018 for N-400,

may of 2017 i recieved NOA1 saying they received my application for I-751 and that they will use the same biometrics they have on file therefore no biometrics appointment needed. Then Dec. of 2018 i got letter saying they transfer my I-751 application to National benefits center who now has the jurisdiction of my application.

As for N-400 i did my biometrics in sept 2018 and didnt hear anything until

now.

congrats to all of you who got their approval already. I’m hoping to my I-751 application will get approved soon. My 18months extension will expire in 2 months. So i’m hoping for good news.

I know couple girls from another forum. one of them already done with citizenship and her N400 went fast, something like 4 months instead of 12 months that her account showed, and it's still showing same estimated time😂 Another girl got transfer to NBC same time with me on December 21, but same week she also got N400 interview invitation for February 14. I'm still patiently waiting:)) and sorry can't recall which filed offices they are with.

I was wondering how did you know they are almost ready to schedule our I751 and N400 interviews? I’m really hoping to hear good news from NBC soon.
