we received an approval notice in the mail yesterday, but when we check online it still says On February 26, 2018, we received your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, Receipt Number. Has anyone everyone received approval without the USCIS website being updated?

I received my approval notice and green card  yesterday while the USCIS website was not updated.

[1] Definitely you need to send the marriage certificate

[2] no harm, sending the bank statements from September 2017 to October 2018

[3] November, usually update the medical benefit , so any latest documents

[4] Any new lease documents update

[5] Both diver licence showing you live in same address

[6] If you open any credit card or store cards or any joint loan between September 2017 to October 2018

[7]  If you both went and stay in a hotel or air ticket to same destinations

I will definitely send 1, 2, 3, 4! We have nothing for 5 since we don't have cars or drive, 6 since we don't have credit cards or loans and no stays anywhere. I appreciate you taking the time to respond!

Thanks. We called USCIS this morning (surprisingly they were open) and they confirmed the approval and said sometimes it takes a while for the online system to update or their may even be a glitch. Now to begin the N400 Journey!

Yes you can travel with the extension and take the notice with you in case you need to show it as well.

thanks!! yes, this was all I wanted for xmas and it came in literally this noon.

yes, nothing changed online. I think it might due to all the system maintenance they have been having.

I also called uscis today twice and they confirmed that I could travel with expired gc and 18 mos letter and bring the approval notice just in case.

It says
You have not established eligibility to have the conditions on your residence removed. Please submit your response to this request for evidence along with a copy of this notice.

The it says in capital letters and underlined:

GOOD FAITH MARRIAGE, INSUFFICIENT EVIDENCE

To establish eligibility for removal of conditions on residence, please submit additional evidence to show you and your spouse entered the marriage in good faith and continue to share a life together. The evidence may include, but is not limited to the following:

LONG LIST OF THINGS WE MAY INCLUDE

Then

SUBMIT MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE

Submit a photocopy of the original marriage certificate for the marriage of ME and HUSBAND. The marriage certificate must be issued by an appropriate civil authority. In order for the marriage to be considered valid for immigration puproses, it must have been legally valid in the location where the marriage took place. The document must include the date of registration and signature of the registrar.

So does that mean both? or just the marriage certificate? (which I definitely included in the package I sent)

Yes, you have to submit from the list of evidence along with the copy of marriage certificate. Submit updated evidence of what you sent, and you should be fine 🙂

If you have any power of attorney or when you went to doctor's office, they ask you sign paper with how should they share information, if each other name is included, you may get a copy from doctor's office and submit.

As Alluringsoul SAID:  I agree, submit updated documents. You will be fine.  RFE is one way to avoid interview by the office by getting latest information.
