My ROC application was received on September 15, 2017. In early March, my case was moved to "local office". I received 1 year extension letter in 2017 and 18 month extension letter in 2018. I received an approval letter in the mail today. My status on the USCIS website is "Card Was Mailed To Me". No interviews, no RFE. My case number is WAC1734800XXX.

Update: I received my card in the mail on December 8th.

Update to this guys!!! I just got an approval notice. Says my card should be in the mail soon.  I wasn’t expecting this at all, because my status didn’t change online and I didn’t get a notification. I’m so happy this whole process has finally come to a close. Now I can file for naturalization and wait for that. I hope that process doesn’t take too long.

I received my card in the mail today. Even though I didn’t get any notification that I have been approved or card was being produced. Pretty fast, considering I got the approval notice in the mail this past Thursday. My case status still hasn’t been updated.

We received our NOA that conditions have been lifted as of 12/06/18 - our submission date was 9/25/17 - I have an extension letter for my Green Card and a secondary extension letter extending the original letter an additional 6 months.  The NOA states that I should not travel outside the United States before receiving the new Green Card as "you may have difficulty reentering the United States" - we live so close to the Canadian border here in Detroit and all my family is in Canada - was planning on visiting there over the holidays etc... won't my extension letters suffice until I receive the new permanent Green Card?

Your extension letter is totally fine for travel. I think that’s just stated regardless. I reacrived my NOA in the mail on 12/6/18 as well. I got my card in the mail yesterday. I believe you should get yours soon anyway.

You should be good to go out and back into the country in as much as you have a valid extension letter or i-551 stamp.

Have traveled with the i-551 stamp 3 different times and back into the country at different airports without any issues.

Just got a letter from Homeland Security yesterday about the approval of my petition and thankfully no interview needed. However, I didn't see any update on my online account which doesn't bother me so long as I have the approval notice and just waiting for my card. Now, I have to work on my citizenship next year and be done with it.

Just hang in there y'all. Hopefully they'll do it faster this time.

so I received an email this morning that they took action on my case. When I checked it, it said they transferred to another office which was done recently before on Nov 23. Who else got another transfer notice or is it just me . Now it says it was transferred Dec 11. Why do they keep transferring I’m confused at this point. Still no update on the app and case status just on USCIS website when I login

Hello all,

My wife and I are September 2017 filers. Today, when checking her case status, I had the message below show up. My question is: has this happened to any of you before? If so, were you able to check the status again after a few days?

Thanks in advance!

We were finally able to talk to a representative and were told that my wife’s case is in fact in the Texas Service Center. So, God only knows how much longer this will take. Has anyone else who was a Sept 2017 filer been transferred to the TSC

We are now at TSC 😫
