Hi everyone !

This morning I woke up with some very good news that my “new card is being produced “. 

No interview , no RFE.

I received also the notification that my case was transferred to local office on February 2017.

Here’s my timeline : i751 filed September 18th , 2017

wac: 17352xxxxx 

i did not file for N400

Got an update today saying New card being produced! Filed I751 in September 6th 2017.

Just an update. My wife's ROC was approved 1-17-2019 and her 10-yr GC should arrive in the mail tomorrow, according to USCIS website. We received the approval letter in the mail a couple days ago.

I-797 notice of action and congratulations letter that conditions have been lifted received on 30th November 2018. 

Filed at VSC, no transfers occurred, no interview required. 

 

Next step, citizenship!

My wife filed at VSC early Sept 2017. She received a NOA on 10/30/18 letting her know her case was transferred to Mesquite, Tx. However, when she called the toll free number on the NOA to check her status she was told her case is in VSC.

Based on the several posting, it seems VSC is working on September, 2017.   Hopefully,  they will finish September 2017 soon and move to October 2017.  I am November, 2017 and expecting approval at the end January, 2019 or early February 2019.

😮 Oh wow! That is so confusing. So is her case still in VSC ? Any updates lately ?

No, not yet but I got a notice from the mail yesterday ( Saturday ) that my case is approved and to wait for 60days for it to arrive. 

I will update here as soon as I get my card. 

So far here is the timeline:

 

Nov 27 - online updated New card is       being produced.

Nov 28 - online updated Case is  approved.

Dec 1 - received a notice from the mail  that case is approved and to wait for 60  days. 

 

Hope everyone get theirs soon.

Yesterday I received a notice of approval through mail. It says I will receive my card within 60 days. 

 

Nov 27 New Card is being produced

Thanks for the update , hope everyone gets theirs soon . My status got changed to approved on 30th Nov and I haven’t received any notice yet.

i am eagerly waiting for my GC to fly home and meet my Mom. 

 

I pray pray all of us get through this LONGEST process  before Christmas!! Amen!
