Hey guys, just wanted to pop in and let you know things are indeed moving! Yesterday I got a notification that my green card is being produced. NOA Sept 15. EAC17350, no RFE, no interview, did not apply for citizenship. Case was not transferred (except for that "local office" notification April 9). I did get my i551 stamp a couple of weeks ago because my existing extension expires today, and prior to that had filed an online request for my 18-mo extension because I never received one. 

 

I haven't posted much at all but have been following this thread, so thought I'd add my update. Good luck to all!

App numbers starting with EAC are always VSC 🙂

Did you ever received this notification? . I am getting this  every 15 days. 

 

We are still reviewing your case and there are no updates at this time

We will notify you when your case status changes. We last took action on your case on October 4, 2018.

No, but I also didn't sign up for online notifications (only downloaded a tracker app)

[1] How did you figure out that the Local office notified on April 9?

[2] How did you get infopass for I551 Stamp?

[3] Did they response to your request for 18 months extension letter?  I received 18 months extension letter , but courtesy copy and requested for an official one and did not get any response

Yep, they send these every other week after they do something with your case if you signed up for online notifications for your case. 
I started receiving them after my case got transferred to Texas. They also send you those after they take actions on your case, but take those with the grain of salt. I received two in one day, and they were contradictory (one for RFE and one for Card being produced).

Filed N-400:  9/24/2018

New Card Being Produced:  10/5/2018

Card Delivered:  10/15/2018

N-400 Interview Scheduled:  12/19/2018

 

Never received any notifications that it was transferred to a local office.

Never received any notifications about 18 month extension.

The funny thing is that the last action  was "Case  was received at local office" on 10/04 .

when they took the same action back on February and march I never received this kind of notifications

I don't know if this is because I applied for N-400 in September.

Oh wow ... now this is one of those exceptional cases that shows that even if you file for N400 while your i-751 is pending, that doesn't mean they would stop or slow work on the i-751 (i.e. you can have your i-751 approved and get the 10 year card before your N400 is approved.

 

Congrats ... things moved pretty fast for you. What state did you file your N400?

Yes they send out that notification every 15 days for N400 ... I get same too every other week

I'm in Pittsburgh, PA.  Yes the estimate for N-400 was 8 months but obviously got lucky or they aren't busy!

 which is your local office?   I am  just asking because your N-400 it was processed really fast.

I  Filed I-751 on 09/04/2017 and Filed N-400 on 09/07/2018 my local office processing time  for N-400 is 9  to 17 months

and I am thinking that my I-791 was  delayed due my N-400.
