I'm part of WAC17346 but obviously not expecting anything soon since I already filed for N400 and to cap it all, in a state where N400 process time is 23 months wait time, Texas  ... haha :)

Just an update. My wife's ROC was approved 1-17-2019 and her 10-yr GC should arrive in the mail tomorrow, according to USCIS website. We received the approval letter in the mail a couple days ago.

I don't know if doing N400 will delay the ROC approval, but I decided to not do the N400 yet because I've heard it will delay the ROC. 

I guess that works for me.

Most Sept 2017 cases that were approved are from VSC. However you're filed with CSC (like me) and got approved now as well. I dared to hope mine will be moving within these couple months.

My friend filed got his case approved today with a divorce waiver. The lawyer sent a file with the divorce decree and additional supporting documentation and explanation on the divorce. 

 

When can he expect a "Cars is being produced" or "Card has been shipped" notification? Or when will the card be delivered?

Texas seems to be good with responding to cases. See if you get something in 2-3 weeks.

With the recent transfers of ROC cases to Texas, they have been handling them pretty well looking at what people say here. Texas is pretty slow with AOS for ex. So don't worry, you are on the right path 🙂
