Hello how were you able to do this? I’ve been calling and it keeps giving the same response, nothing about where it was transferred to. Kindly shed more light.

If you call the USCIS main 800 number at 1-800-375-5283 and follow the prompts using your receipt number, you can get the latest details for your case.

Although the snail mail letter has not been received yet, I just checked and learned which office will be receiving our case from the Vermont Service Center. Looks like Mesquite, Texas will be reviewing our case. Hoping for a quick approval!

Which status is more up to date?

I see 17 approvals on those with WAC17346******* ... the two cases ahead of mine has been approved :(

Probably mine was delayed cos I already applied for N400 ...  well good luck to us all ... seems they’re already working on September fillers

I applied for N-400 too, after waiting to my 10yGC. Now it would suck if the 10yGC gets delayed due to the N-400 processing but some people have reported received their 10yGC after applying for N-400

So I have an issue and I’ll appreciate if someone can help with this. My 12month extension ends December 3rd so as my Drivers license. I called for them to send me the 18month extension but they said they will not that I should go get an i551 stamp on my passport . The issue is my passport is expired and I cannot renew will January, that’s the date I got for my biometrics.(my country’s issue) now I cannot so without a drivers license and they refused to send an extension and I cannot get a stamp on an expired passport. What other option do I have ? What can I do please

On November 23, 2018, we ordered your new card for Receipt Number EAC17356, and will mail it to the address you gave us.

Looks like my green card is on its way! My case was moved from Vermont to Texas a month or so ago.

sorry to hear about your situation ... I guess you'd have to wait until you get your passport renewed in January or you can schedule an info pass to see if the officer there can get them to send you the 18 month extension or again call to speak to tier two officer. (the chances of you getting them to send you the extension seems so slim so try to expedite your passport renewal process)

Try submitting a case inquiry online for "notice not received by mail' and explain in the case inquiry you haven't gotten the 18 month extension letter. I have seen people do that here and it has worked.
