Anyone from San Francisco Bay Area still waiting for i751 approval ?

I have filed in september 2017 for roc . I received a notice in February 2018 that my case was transferred to my local office . I have also received in August 18 months extension letter . Anyone have an idea how longer would it take for this process. any updates from august, July filers from CSC ?

It's exhausting .

Wow  that’s so long to get naturalized. I was hoping to get my 10yGC before I apply for mturalization but it doesn’t look like it’s going to happen.

My update:

I-751 filing (Vermont Service Center):  12-Sep-2017

Was never transferred to a local office.

Never received an extension notification or the actual letter.

We actually received the 10 year green card yesterday, 15-Oct-2018.

N-400 filing (Pittsburgh):  21-Sep-2018

Biometrics:  10-Oct-2018

Estimated time to completion:  8 months

I believe DavidnThao was talking about N400, you can't send I751 online. This estimated time doesn't mean nothing. Everybody gets 14-24 months of estimated time for N400 but in reality get finish with whole naturalization  process in about 8 months, some states moving so fast as 3 months.

Is your local office Dallas, TX? The est time might update but it is rough estimate of how long your field office processes N-400.

Right. I can't speak for Dallas or San Antonio field offices, but the Houston office has been moving very slow with applications (all forms). Last year hurricane Harvey also added a couple months of delays since the office was flooded and needed time to be repaired.

Yeah it’s Dallas,TX.. I just can’t believe we are looking at 26 months. I take it we are probably some of the longest wait times

Now I understand why we have 22 months. I thought it was because we are a gay couple and the fed govt has already started discriminating! like I know it is in the works but didnt know that it would happen this fast. Guess I was wrong! Thanks for the clarification @DavidnThao

It is ridiculous. When I did my AOS, Dallas TX was already slow where people would wait 12+ months for their interview. They have an issue across all applications. Sit tight and relax 🙂 Time passes so fast, it will be here sooner than you think.
