Hi All,

I just received a text message regarding my case status and I saw the status that our green card is processed today. They didn't call us for the interview. I hope all of you have same good news very soon. Good luck!

Looks like they are looking trough your case, last time they opened it on September 21. Did you had infopass appointment around this time? If not, they most likely working on your case:)

Lucky you! They are getting ready to send your case to local office and schedule your interview. I have pretty much same date for I751 and N400, but no movement, just acceptance of my fingerprints 2 weeks ago.

Yesterday I have received an update on my I-751 online case status. It says;

Case Was Received At My Local Office

On September 29, 2018, we received your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, Receipt Number EACXXXXXX, at your local office. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

Hey,

I have filled in November 2017 at Vermont and I have been seeing the Case status since April.

I have received 1 year extension which is about to expire in December.

But I have not received anything yet.

Should I submit for inquiry and Also should I call and ask for another extension?

Yes, it's that usually happened with other people's cases when I751 not completed yet, and N400 moving faster than removing conditions. Good luck to you! We are in a different states  but you give me hope:yes:

The case transfer on your i-751 form doesn't indicate that it was transferred to another office which has jurisdiction over your case now. Do you have another case update? Sorry, it can get confusing. Did you get a letter stating it is at NBC now?

A little PS:) I read today post of NY filler she sent N400 on August 12, biometrics done Sept 5, and lady at a biometrics office said what in 2 months they will send her interview invitation and interview will be by December 2018. So Fish0542 you better start to study American history😉

Any other September 2017 filers not receive an 18 month extension letter? 🤔 Looking like we're going to need to get a stamp as there have been no updates for us online since April -- any New Yorkers have any insight on the Infopass appointment -- the website says there are no appointments at this time, and now i'm worried because the extension letter expires in mid-November...
