Hello I am going to be applying for the citizenship this weekend as I enter my 90 day window. For the citizenship I thought I need to send in passport size photographs but since it is online submission now I am confused. Do we not need to send a photograph if we are living in united states because we will have the biometric appointment to take the photo?

I don't think you have to include any.

Yes filed N400

coincidently on a day of biometrics, i751 approved

Yea, I have seen some trends for this. A lot of people who filed for N400 get approved (some get their cases combined). Where are you applying for your N-400? If you can share what you submitted with N400 it also would be helpful. :)

Wow that's awesome, and you are a late August filer. Transferred as in? You got the transferred to your local office message? A lot of us got the same if we are speaking of the same thing. :)

What's the timeframe for the real extension letter after the "courtesy copy"? We've got the courtesy copy in mid August, but the actual letter is still not here.

Is it possible to travel with the courtesy copy? If not - does it mean we have to go get a stamp at the USCIS office?

Just wanted to say this is such a great resource for all!

Quick question, what is this 90-day window everyone keeps alluding to here, source?

@monsoon411 90 days before the 3 year anniversary of your greencard, you can apply for citizenship . remember how you calculated 90 days before the 2 year anniversary of your greencard to apply for ROC, extend that by a year and you are eligible to apply for your citizenship
