Hello All

We applied for my wife’s ROC on September 9th.

Case was received and did Biomatric on October 2nd.

Yesterday I was checking the case processing timeline and found out CSC is processing July 2016 I751 cases now. So our plan is to apply for her N400 next year September and hopefully before it gets approved we will get 10 year green card. 

We have one question that is it safe to travel outside with the one year extension letter?

Just an update. My wife's ROC was approved 1-17-2019 and her 10-yr GC should arrive in the mail tomorrow, according to USCIS website. We received the approval letter in the mail a couple days ago.

Arif

Yes it is. Carry your expired green card, passport, and extension letter and you'll be just fine.

packet reached on 25th September, got NOA1 on 29th September, still haven't received my biometrics appointments. Should I be worried ? Is there a way, a help line or something through which I can get status ?

Still no Biometrics letter yet for me from California center. Got the NOA on oct 6th.

2009 - First met husband through an online game we used to play but both of us were in other relationships
2010~2014 - Lost contact with one another due to family and real life situations
January 19, 2014 - Reconnected with one another through a mutual friend that was playing an online game
January 24, 2014 - Decided to be together and not let this chance slip away
June 16, 2014 - Decided to fly from Australia to the US to see each other for 3 and half weeks
July 8, 2014 - Hardest day of both our lives; the day i had to leave to go back to Australia
November 13, 2014 - Flew from Australia to US to be together again
End of November 2014 - Found out I was pregnant
January 2, 2015 - Had our small court wedding at home

August 24, 2015 - Welcome our gorgeous little guy into the world

i had my biometrics on Oct 17, 2017, they only took fingerprinting of my right hand (first 4 fingers only)

did anyone else had the same experience or had taken all 10 fingerprints?

No ... they took just 4 fingers and 1 came back matched so the guy said I am good

I didn't submit photos with my I-175 packet - first of all WHAT AN IDIOT, second of all, does anyone think this will be a problem? They have a lot of photos from our first AOS interview.
