yes you need to include i751 filing fee($595) and biometrics fee($85)

So I saw instruction of I-751 on USCIS page and said....

Biometric Services Fee.
1. Conditional Resident. Each conditional resident and conditional resident dependent included in the principal petitioner’s Form I-751 is required to submit a biometric services fee with this petition, in addition to the required  ling fee. (See the What Is the Filing Fee section of these Instructions.)
2. U.S. Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident Spouse. If you are the U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident spouse, you do not need to include a biometric services fee at the time this petition is submitted. If USCIS later noti es you that you must submit your biometrics, you will receive a biometric services appointment notice with instructions on how to submit the additional fee.

what does number 2 mean?? If I’m married to us citizen, am I number 2?? Or i misunderstand something??

you are the conditional resident as mentioned in point 1. so you need to pay the biometrics fee for yourself.

Number 2 is about your U.S citizen spouse so he does not need to pay the  biometrics fee.

I hope it is clear now :)

Lol, you should relax :)

I just went to my biometrics yesterday. Living in Houston, TX, we got affected by hurricane Harvey, and the USCIS application support center was having a makeup week. When I walked in, there was no-body. Yes, I said no-body. The whole process took around 5 mins: I filed in a form, the lady took my picture, signature, and the fingerprints from my 4 right fingers. She said I had a match (prob from 2 years ago), so I was done. Now I just have to patiently wait... :)

Guys, I have an emerging question.

We are now all waiting for our permanent Green Card (10 years). Once we get that we will most likely be eligible to apply for US Citizenship.

If the wait time right now is around a year, we will get our Green Cards by next year.

My question is, that I got a job offer from Cork, Ireland and it will be for 14-16 months. What would happen if I take that offer and leave the US to go to Cork, Ireland around February?

I have no idea how the process will look like.

Hi everyone,

I just did my biometrics today(October 4th). Do you think that it's safe to travel with the extension letter once my conditional green card expires? Do I need anything else besides the letter?

Thank you.

Helllo everyone. I just joined this website today. My Application for I-751 was received on Sept 30th and the check was cashed on October 4th. Waiting on the NOA receipt. I just read other post for october 2016 filers. Their application is getting approved just now with most of them getting approved around end of sept for vermont center. No approvals on california center. I filed mine to california. Seems like it's going to take a year or longer. Good luck to all.
