Hey all, finally signed up here to share my journey. This forum has been of great help in my original application for my green card.

 

Today I sent my i-751 for removal of conditions to VT, lets hope this the process is as straightforward as my last application

Got my NOA, but it had my name spelt wrong on it!

 

Went to a field office this morning to get it fixed. Now have a stamp in my passport instead of the extension letter.

 

Hopefully they fixed my name in the system!!

AoS Timeline:

I485, I131 and 1765 Received at Chicago: 06-25-15

NoA date: 06-30-15

Biometrics letter received: 07-10-15

RFE response received by USCIS: 07-29-15

EAD and AP approved: 09-16-15

EAD arrived: 09-23-15

AP arrived: 09-24-15

Interview: 12-7-15 [approved]

I have the same issue. My conditional GC was never delivered, I applied for I-90 to replace it last November, but they did not even start processing my case yet. I just returned from the info pass where I had few questions on what to do. 

 

I asked what to provide since I did never receive my GC and the lady there said to make a copy of my passport page with the Pending I-90 stamp and also the biometrics page in the passport. I will also include my NOA for I-90 and the biometrics appointment letter. She said that processing time for ROC is now 18 months!!! She literally told me that "I will never see my GC" if I apply for the Naturalization next year, which will be 90 days before my 3rd year anniversary as a LPR. And basically my I-751 will never really get processed if I apply for the naturalization... 

 

So all the fees I paid for I-90 and I-751 and both biometrics appointments were waste of money, but I had to pay that anyway.. She said when my stamp will be 30 days before expiration, I need to go there again to have a new stamp for a next year, and since my GC will probably never get into processing I will have to go there again after those 12 months... 

 

I hope this might help someone who is in the same situation, since nobody really knows answers when I called USCIS office.

August 29, 2015: AOS package mailed to the USCIS in Chicago.
August 31, 2015: AOS package delivered.
September 8, 2015: NOA1 received by text and email (4 receipt numbers).
September 12, 2015: NOA1 received by mail (3 receipt numbers).
September 14, 2015: NOA1 received by mail (1 receipt number).
September 18, 2015: Biometrics appointment letter received for October 1, 2015.
September 22, 2015: Biometrics done. Early walk-in at a different ASC.
September 30, 2015: Case is ready to be scheduled for an interview.
November 11, 2015: EAD card is being produced (Form I-765) and Form I-131 is approved.
November 12, 2015: Form I-765 is approved.
November 15, 2015: Interview scheduled on December 22, 2015.
November 16, 2015: EAD card mailed to me.
November 19, 2015: EAD/AP card received.
December 22, 2015: AOS Interview. Approved on spot.
