Passport & Legal US Entry Questions

The  I-130 asks for photo copies of all pages of our passports. My spouse's and mine is blank. No stamps what so ever. Do we still send copies of the blank pages?

Also, we are applying from within the US as stated on a previous topic....the lady I spoke to at USCIS says as long as he (spouse) legally entered the US legally, applying from within the US is fine. He crossed in his vehicle at the Ambassador Bridge with no issues so that means he entered legally right? I know it sounds like a dumb question (and it probably is) but I want to make 100% sure on everything.

Thanks in advance :)

they want all pages even the blank ones.

as long as he was let in by a cbp officer he was let in legally. you can look up his i94 online to confirm they let him in since if got one he was legally admitted.

Thank you!!! I looked it up, had all his entries for the last 5 years. I don't need to print that and send that with I-130 do I?

Also, still confused as to what pages of passport they want, another poster said only biographic page?

The I-130 doesn't need all the pages of your passports.  It only needs the USC's if that's what you're using to prove you're a USC.  If you have a birth certificate from anywhere in the USA, you can include that instead.
