The time depends on the processing time of your local office. Go to the USCIS processing times page and look up your local office. Currently most offices take anywhere from 6-12 months.

, to another office for processing and sent you a transfer notice. The notice explains why we transferred your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you do not receive your notice by October 8, 2017, please go to www.uscis.gov/e-request to request a copy of the notice. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

That depends on where you live. The one closest to you should be handling the case after Vermont approves your VAWA. There is a list of all local offices on the USCIS processing times page.

Hi there,  my i-360 was received August 15, 2016. Should I be worried to not receive Approval or RFE yet? It's been almost 14 months since they get my case!

 

My VAWA Timeline

- Submitted i360, i485 & i765 Aug 10 2016

- Receipt notice date for i360, i485 & i765 Aug 15 2016

- Received Prima Facie Aug 29 2016

- EAD approved Oct 11 2016

- Received new Prima Facie Mar 31 2017

- Receipt notice for EAD renewal July 20 2017

You should contact your congress person or ombudsman to inquire on your behalf. They should already be past your date.

ead/advance parol approve june 28th

ead/AP receive july 3rd

this morning got an email from my lawyer that.she receive and electronic notification that uscis has approve my form i-360.....best news have ever woke to receive.i just want to use this medium to praise the lord for what he has done in my life and for what his still gonna do for me.
