If you check the data published on USCIS website, you will find that they process around 500 cases each month from January to September, but they only process around 300 cases each month from October to December. It means they are slower during the holiday season. Just wait patiently and pray to God.

I’m in Los Angeles area and I need a referral for my psych evaluation. If anyone knows a good doctor please let me know.

I have separate priority dates for AP and EAD. Just checked online and it said another office has jurisdiction over my case for AP. I assume this will later happen for EAD. Is this because of VAWA? I was under the impression that they don't handle the EAD/AP renewal. Was I wrong?

Send me your affidavit to review ,if you  dont have an attorney, a copy of thr police report,or restraining order,if it was mental abuse send me the psychological evaluation firs please and after reading the  evaluation  I tell you if you have a VAWA case or not and if you have a case then I will review the affidavit  for you.
