Hello

I have couple questions

Since I have the receipts numbers for my process it means that I am not out of status anymore? Is my status now "pending"?

Is there anything I can do since I have my receipt number? For example renew my expired drive license?

What's the next step? Biometrics? How longe they are used to take to send the letter for biometrics?

And the process time for me to get my work permit is 90 days right? When does it start to count, receipts day or after biometrics is done?

Thank you so much.

Sorry, also, will they schedule the biometrics and send me the work permit even if they request for RFE or they only send when everything is ok with the documents?

What receipt notice, I-360 or I-485?

I filed for AP mid-June (5 months ago) and still have not heard back. Any AP approvals from June or later recently? Should I inquire or wait?

Did you include a copy of your I-485 receipt and filed with VSC? I-131 processing time in VSC is about 5 months.

Receipts are not or do not accord u any rights hence u can’t use them for anything other than ur immigration process and purposes. States clearly that on the receipts.

U will get ur biometrics appointment 3 to 4 weeks after submission and acceptance by USCIS.

Yes I did all that. It’s not urgent either, I was just curious if others that filed I-131 in June have already heard.

Hello everyone.

December filers, have you guys heard anything lately????

Not yet. From what I understand, they are processing October and November currently. I think we might have to wait until the beginning of next year to hear back.

There hasn't been any October or November approvals yet on this forum. Ms. Sandra has some October and November approvals but there are still some September filers waiting for their decisions.

If you check the data published on USCIS website, you will find that they process around 500 cases each month from January to September, but they only process around 300 cases each month from October to December. It means they are slower during the holiday season. Just wait patiently and pray to God.

If you filed I-360 along with I-485, your status is pending.

I am not sure about the Biometrics and driver license.

Processing time for working permit will take from 3 months to 4 months now since they are backlogged.

It starts to count from your receipt date.

You must ask the psychologist to change what is not correct, a single discrepancy can screw up your VAWA.

It's pending your AOS petition not your Status. We have several court decisions stating  that the pending AOS application does not provide an applicant with "lawful status" for AOS purposes when your nonimmigrant status has expired, but you are in a "period of stay authorized by the Attorney General".

The 90 days counts from the date that the form I-765 was filed.

If you have a social security number you can renew your DL.
