hi,

I have filed September 27,2016 still no updates. i am also checking everyday and losing my patience :(

we are in same position. as of 6/30/2017, Vermont center is  processing 8/15/2016 vawa case.

now two months past , our September 2016 cases still pending. anyone who filed after September 2016 still pending ?

But I just contacted my congressman to inquiry on my behalf. this is Sandra's suggestion. Thank you Sandranj

send the congressman a message,  after that sign the privacy form. his stuff will inquiry USCIS on your behalf.

Find your Representative http://www.house.gov...entatives/find/

Find your Senator http://www.senate.go...enators_cfm.cfm

Once you find your representative or senator, go to their website. They should have a link under their contact info with something like "dealing with a federal or government agency." This will usually give you a form to fill out stating your information and your current issue. There is also a release form, so they can contact USCIS on your behalf. The release form may be emailed to you in a response or printed as soon as you contact them. From what I've seen this must be signed and then faxed or mailed back to them.

You can also call them and ask to speak to their immigration liaison. This is the person who will actually do the work anyways.

So far I have contacted both my State Senators with general emails about the immigration process and that was not very successful. I'm currently waiting to hear back from my Congressman. let's wait and see, i have no idea how long they will get back to me.

I checked the first website you provided. There is usually a list of representatives in each state and each of them is responsible for a specific committee assignment. I didn't find any assignment that specifies "Immigration". How did you know you have contacted the right person? Thank you.

Hi

I've been a silent reader for a while. My timeline is as follows:

Came over on F1

Feb 2016 I130, I485 etc

Didn't hear a thing but when to my local office who took Biometrics.

Received EAD and AP.

Relocated twice.

Jan 2017 applied EAD renewal.

Received letter stating they would use previous biometrics

April 2017 filed I360. Asked to hold I485

May received notice and EAD.

May sent Police check from UK (here in US for just under 3 years)

No Prima Facie.

Such a long process.

We broke up on arriving on the East Coast. I kicked him out.  He then went all out to destroy me. We are currently in contempt of court (him). Am on the east coast alone so it really sucks. It'd be nice to make friends with people in similar circumstances. Waiting to relocate to my original US location.

Good luck everyone
