If your package has been received/signed by VSC, you have nothing to worry. You will soon either receive a receipt notice or the rejected package (if not properly signed or missing some important items). Good luck!

So another question. 

I renewed my work permit and AP. I got the notice saying biometrics are still valid. I believe I'm in normal processing time. What's weird is, I spoke to a tier 2 officer at the call center and he told me he can't give out any info to me regarding my case and that I should contact the field office directly by mail. Now I'm worked up. I only wanted to see if i485 is still pending as someone suggested online isn't always accurate though both i485 and i130 appear online.

Any ideas? 

I swear I've been doing just great, now my estranged husband is sending me love songs, saying he is sorry now this. Perfect recipe for anxiety soup.

11/08/2016 mailed my packet

11/28/2016 USCIS rejected my packet (expired forms) :(((  

11/29/2016 Mailed my packet again Via ExpressMail (I-360, I-485, I-864w, I-765, I-912, G-325A) with previous rejection notice on top & a request to expedite EAD

12/14/2016 Date on the NOA  

12/31/2016 Attorney emailed my Prima Facie (Notice date 12/19/2018)   (180 days)

01/14/2017 Mailed my husband’s birth certificate with the blue receipt that came with my Prima Facie

01/17/2018 I-360 online Update (correspondence received)

12/25/2016 Notice for Biometrics

01/12/2017 Biometrics completed

01/31/2017 EAD update (Ordered my new card)

 Two years ago I helped two guys with their  RFEs, one from Turkey  and another one from South Korea. Their  attorneys didn't even read their affidavits and submitted to Uscis., in one case Uscis said the person was not credibe, the another   one wrote  two dates different  from what was written in the police report.  I was able to explain the discrepancy and they were approved.  If you  messed up a few days your attorney will be able to explain  this to Uscis

Thanks Sandra.. can’t wait to get this VAWA Green card finally approved.. it’s been exactly 3 years and 3 weeks since I first Filed my form I-360/I-485 application.. Oct 17, 2014!!!!! ....Smh.

You may want to go through the following document with sample:

The form is simple but usually, you have to write GOOD affidavits to support your case. Good luck!
