So today I was allowed to submit a case inquiry on the USCIS case status page based on "case outside processing timeframe", before (a few weeks ago) it wouldn't let me saying it was within the time frame.

Does this means that our cases (up to Nov 2016) are now considered to be outside the normal time frame? Now I'm curious. 🤔

Yes, the website may use 11 months as "outside the normal time frame". However, VAWA case inquiry won't be processed using the USCIS case status page. You will soon receive a letter from VSC saying your inquiry could not be processed...

A supplementary card holder or authorized user is fine but the important is, your joint bank/credit card accounts had sufficient transactions during some period in your marriage. Hope your attorney has experience in dealing with the RFE. Good luck!

We do have transactions but those were just simple transactions as we are living for free.

For the bank account, he became a serious gambler that the moment he gets his paycheck, he would encash it at the casino. Whenever we have something extra in our account, he would even max it out to the point that it’s always negative or We got overdraft charges..

The fact that you got this RFE clearly indicates that evidence and affidavits that your attorney submitted did not satisfy VSC. You do not need to convince people in this forum, neither your attorney. You need to work closely with your attorney to submit as much as possible evidence and affidavits, including whatever you submitted to support the true faith marriage previously, since VSC will only work on your responses to the RFE. If you do not have primary evidence, you have to explain why, in details to convince VSC.

Any one with SEPTEMBER ,VAWA approval get AOS Interview yet?? 😞I'm out of work..... no EAD yet....the wait is killing me!

Your VAWA got approved in September 2017? It will then get transferred to NBC which takes 30-45 days. Then it will get transferred to your local field office which adjudicates I-485. This takes 6-9 months depending on the field office.

Got approved September too. No biometrics or AOS interview date yet or EAD

Be patient. EAD takes 2-3months, AOS interview takes 4-6months or even more after the approval of I-360.

You should have filed your I-485/I765 concurrently with you VAWA I-360 (if applicable) since your case is a strong one (the approval of I-360 approves this!)

Good luck!

Does I 360 require passport photos? Thank you

Yes and no.

If you filed the current version of form I-360 AND you checked " I am currently residing in the United States and I request an Employment Authorization Document. " Then, you need to include 2 passport-style photos. Otherwise, no photos are required.
