I got an RFE to prove good faith of marriage. I havent seen the letter yet. But my lawyer says thats how is it. She wanted me to come to her office to check it instead of somehow giving me info about it.

We had a joint account but we didnt have as much money in there because he was into gambling so whatever he had back then, he would use it.

We had credit card and shows that i am a supplementary card holder.

We lived in a group home where I worked as a caregiver. So we didnt have any lease or anything re residence. My former employer will give me an affidavit that we both lived there for a certain period.

:(( its now making me more  anxious.

It's yours lawyer job now to show she/he is a good attorney and explain to USCIS why you have just secondary evidences instead primary evidences, she should have explained before tho,  and argue   that any credible evidence standard applies to VAWA  Law.

A supplementary card holder or authorized user is fine but the important is, your joint bank/credit card accounts had sufficient transactions during some period in your marriage. Hope your attorney has experience in dealing with the RFE. Good luck!

So today I was allowed to submit a case inquiry on the USCIS case status page based on "case outside processing timeframe", before (a few weeks ago) it wouldn't let me saying it was within the time frame.

Does this means that our cases (up to Nov 2016) are now considered to be outside the normal time frame? Now I'm curious. 🤔
