can I get a copy of my husband criminal record to submit with my application to prove he has a record of abusing women? my laywer said she would only for her to be telling me to go pay for it online but where?

Now I want to renew my EAD card based on my pending I-485, which office am I suppose to send my I-765(c-09 category) renewal application? 

My attorney sent them to Chicago Lockbox, and I received receipt Notice today starting with  MSC************.

Does my attorney submitted at right address? Or what is the right way?

To renew the EAD  the file must be filed with VSC. Chicago will ship your file to VSC but it will take a while.

VSC started adjudicating  the VAWA cases received in Nov 2016, but they still have cases pending filed in Sep and October, 2016.

Wow....this is interesting. I really don't understand how this works. Pending sept and October then unto nov. God help us. ☺

@Bronzegoddess I honestly think its up to who gets your case. Some go to work  to work some don't ..
