Oooh you were in lawrence? They are always  nice, but I think it's a procedure, sandraj advices me to put in a new i485, am also in Boston, so do not freight we are together in this journey, but I think you won't get a notice to appear until your vawa is adjudicated, when did you apply your vawa?

Original. I sent them the original police clearance from my home country. You can keep a copy for your records

Yes it's no longer valid since your i485 was denied.

Am i getting something confused here... My i130 was denied my i485 was not denied....are they the same thing?

Are you sure it's your i485 or your i130? The officer only puts your i485 on hold not i130. If something was denied after your interview, it was most likely your i485. Check your notice carefully and clarify. I was referring to your i485

Send sandra a msg about it. I don't think it should be an issue since you are going through the vawa route and the i130 is no longer important. Since your i485 has not been denied, your ead is still valid.

I did awaiting her reply omg this is not nice I been crying from 11pm last night cause after all that for this to happen.see I went to the doc two weeks ago he told my my breast plate was fractured and now is healing because everynight my chest gets swollen n I have to go do an endoscopy soon

The police clearance  must be ORIGINAL.
