My bad, I thought you asked about VAWA, but I read your question again and I saw that you are asking about the AOS that the local office put on hold until final adjudication of the VAWA. They WILL NOT  inform you when they ship the file to VSC ok.

After my i485 was put on hold, they shipped it to Vermont. I got a notice in the mail after it was shipped to VSC informing me of transfer. Most likely you will receive the notice of action too and see the update online. 

I485 will remain in VSC until vawa is approved and then shipped to NBC. You will also get notice of action for that transfer too. I got two transfers and two notice of actions

Can someone advice i talked to few psychologist they said they can write an evaluation report based on test they take but there will be no therapy sessions ( may be therapy is required when dv occurs in current situation and mine is old) is it ok as may dv had happened 2 years back so is it okay to go for that one also doctor suggested i can take the benefit of mental health bills payment from victims compensation .. how true is that if i apply after2 years what they gonna ask me. and what are chances of getting as i had to pay the doc first he is asking $500 for evaluation..

Please can someone confirm if I need a forensic psychologist for the evaluation or if a clinical psychologist is okay. My current psychologist is clinical and she says a forensic does for court issues. kindly confirm this please. Thanks
