Hello folks am about to about to file 360 after a denied 130 and 485, bc my abusive husband refused to show up for the interview. I have a lease  a life insurance with him as my beneficiary and otherwise. We don't have joint stuff together i don't know if that's enough to proof a bona fide marriage, and wedding pictures.

Tomorrow we are entering March. Can't believe two months have passed for 2018. After quiet January and February, wish we will have a lot of approvals in March.

In your affidavit write about why you didn’t have anything joint in details, and have family and friends who knew of your marriage to write that they knew about your marriage and that it was real and true

EAD/AP takes 90-120 days currently

Am sorry to say it's taking 5 months now .I applied November and just today march 1 they request evidence ..never know you can request evidence for a EAD but I will update on what my letter states .

Nope, it's not enough. USCIS considers the intent when entered into marriage and you need to show evidence of commingled finances or explain why he  did not commingle  his finances.

What is the deadline for those RFE without deadline on the paper? 

Also what do you think about this RFE? Do you have an idea why it is different, is it a bad signal?

Who told you to submit the VAWA petition without your own affidavit? please folks don' t do this!. Regarding the RFE without deadline there is no deadline but because you received another RFE before then after you answer the first RFE   they will adjudicate your case.

A life insurance is not enough to prove a bonafide marriafe. Read threads VAWA part 7,8 and 9 and you will find a lot of information regarding to prove a bonafide marriage.

I filed everything 11/29/16 and  a request to expedite my EAD.

EAD status was approved 01/31/17 and arrived in the mail 02/04/2017

 

On 10/22/17 I mailed applications for my EAD (renewal) + AP + Waiver request

and received them 12/13/2017
