Processing times are updated!

As of December 31st, they say to have responded to I-360 cases up until October 31st 2016 and I-765 (c9) until October 1st 2017.

Seems to have slowed down again after last month’s jump.

Thanks for the update, but didn’t Sandra said that she already have some cases approved for January already??even December so why bring up this processing timeline that is inaccurate?

It's the official/latest timeframe directly from USCIS.

As of December 2017, they've responded to up to Oct 31st, it means that as of February 2018 they should have responded to all of December 2016, which they haven't.  There are still alot of November 2016 still pending even though Sandra has some January 2017 approvals, so yeah it shows a slow down again.

I think I have a strong evidence plus local USCIS office in my area is really quiet. I heard many people have the same timeline from here.

Thank you :)

The abuse causes serious physical harm. So I sent all kind of reports from hospital, police, social worker and court.

Evidence of bona fide. I sent lease agreements, electricity bill, hospital record (his name on the emergency contact),

3 letters from myself, my friend who was our boss and his family provide evidence of a relationship and abuse.

Also some pictures from wedding (both family attended), birthday party and family trips.

It's my nightmare to keep all of these for years just in case I need them for interview.

I depressed everytime I look at them. It reminds me of what happended. I'm glad finally I get to throw these away.

My Vawa approved since May 2017 but until now I still did not get  date for interview.

Is it normal ?  I live New York

Hey there, did you get any responses concerning your interview? Trust me the waiting can be long and annoying. I filed June 2016 and I’m still waiting 2018. I’ve even made peace with how this system works. I’m hoping it won’t drag to 3 years of waiting. I hope your case goes smoothly

Hello guys I know it may sound silly to ask this question. But from seeing questions on this forum it made me realize that I do not know much about some things.  Since I’ve submitted RFE and it was received in Vermont. I haven’t been called for biometrics. My case is still pending for approval since June 2016. I should be asking my attorney all these questions but we know how they are. My recent prima facie has expired so I’m just wondering around again waiting. Oh! And I also learned that my attorney only filed the i360. So I’m assuming this changes everything cause I was sure she filed everything concurrently?  Anyone that can help me understand this process. I’m just a confused somebody right now.
