I would wait until March and see what approvals are reported here in this forum. If after 15 months you haven’t heard anything, I would contact your congressman. But December 2016 hasn’t even gotten any responses, so no need to worry just yet.

Thanks. Some days I just get bummed out.

It seems that USCIS is working on November cases now. For the last two weeks, we have three applicants who have got RFEs. Their cases were filed before November 10th, 2016. Please keep us updated if you hear anything from USCIS so that we can keep track of processing time.

I just filed for EAD renewal, so I don’t know yet. My first one took 4 months.

4 months since receive date, notice date or biometrics?

also, did you contact someone or scheduled an infopass to know what’s happening?

what do you think I should do? I’m right now on my 95day and I never received my prima facie

95 day since my received date OK

My receipt date was 12/21, notice date 2/2 and approval date 4/1. I made an InfoPass appointment and the officer told me that since I applied for a fee waiver, I should count from notice date. But other members here have said they were told to count from receipt date. From receipt date it was 4 months, from notice date it was like 60 days.

Oh, your notice day got a little longer.

I will wait until 4 months. If nothing happens I will schedule an infopass.

Question: infopass should be schedule on the closer office from me?
