My vawa is pending since 10th of November 2016 .i’ve got Rfe 01.18.2018

I did not get any prima facie and no RFE. 

They approved my i-360 in September of 2017.

and they booked my interview for January 17th of 2018. 

 

What questions did they ask you? Would you mind sharing those?

My AP that I filed for in June 2017 got approved on 12/15.

I just filed for EAD renewal, so I don’t know yet. My first one took 4 months.

She asked my name, DOB, address, how many marriage I had, how many kids, my ex-husband name, DOB, i-485 questions, my phone#, my last entrance in USA, and if I want to send my green card to my attorney.

There's alot of RFEs for good moral character asking for the police clearences again, I wonder if it's because they usually expire within 1 year and now vawa cases are taking longer than 12 months to be aporoved.

I received a letter saying that I am not going to do Biometrics. That all about it.
