She was US CITIZEN,wat does the priority date have to do with the case exactly?? Thank you Sandra..

If she is a US.CItizen you do not have a priority date.

To learn about priority date you can find information in this linke https://www.uscis.gov/greencard/visa-availability-priority-dates

Well I was informed of the contrary, as long as he is a US citizen. And yes all happened outside US and neither is he a Gov employee.

Sandra thank you very much.

i can get single certificate from my country.

If you are from Russia then you should get a doccument called "Certificate Non-Impediment" (CNI) you can obtain through the Russia embassy in the U.S or by local authorities in Rusia.

Don't pay any money to lawyer.. there is no use of him at the interview .. i did gave $500 but he said nothing it was me who answered lawyer just stand there ... you can go and tell them to keep on hold in abeyance as you had filed vawa .. nothing to worry they will keep on hold ... God bless you..

Anyone has idea when one can apply for kids abroad to get into the USA after vawa approval? Which forms are needed?

1. File I-824 with VSC to transfer your VAWA I-360 approval (petition for your kids) to NBC since your kids have to apply for immigration visa to enter US

2. Follow the immigration visa process, starting from after your petition is approved:

https://travel.state.gov/content/visas/en/immigrate/immigrant-process/petition/file.html

(using I-864W, instead of I-864)

Hello

can you tell me

when I'll be eligible to bring my child into us after my vawa approval? Do I need to wait before I get green card?

If you list your children in your VAWA I-360 and once it is approved, you can file immigration visa for your children if they live abroad ( file I-485 if they are in US). Once their immigration visa is granted, they can travel to US and receive green cards.
