Ok!  So I just found out today what my RFE is about.  They are asking for my own affidavit of good moral character. (So I have to write a letter telling them that I don't have a criminal record and I'm of good moral character.) and they want a fingerprint based criminal background check since the background check I submitted for the state did not state my maiden name (even though the Police Dept that did it said that all my aliases were included, they did not include them in the letter so USCIS found it useless.)

So I'm gonna head to the Bureau of Criminal Identification in my state to get that fingerprint clearance and grab another city clearance with all my names.   I'm in the process of writing my own affidavit right now, does anyone have a sample of what my affidavit of good moral character should look like??

Did they give you a paper or a card? How long did you have to wait n which location did you go to? Thanks

With EAD and Social security go to DMV. You can get either, Driver permit or State ID. Check DMV website for more details. I went to 125st location/Harlem.

I just applied for my 4th prima facie as well. I really hoped I'd get a response before the expiration of the 3rd.
