You can only request to expedite I-765/I-131 or I-485. They do not expedite I-360.

Yes, I forgot to mention. I requested EAD and AP.

My questionis  if USCIS are used to answer those kind of requests by website for us.

I tried to contact them before by phone/website to correct my received date on my 131 because they mistyped it and they answer that they can’t do it by phone/online because I’m a vawa peritioner and it makes my case confidential. That’s why I’m not sure if they are going to answer my expedite request.

any one here ever try it?

thanks

You would get a letter most likely if it is approved. If it is not approved, you will most likely not be notified of it unless you schedule an Infopass appointment to inquire.

No, its not good, your file is on hold until it has cleared security checks.  It takes a long time because now you have to go through a manual screening and there is no timeframe for them to complete it.

I know waiting time wise it's not good but I am asking if this is a sign my case will be eventually approved whenever that is. Has anybody gone through security clearance only to be eventually denied? @sandranj

Yeah, was wondering if any filers in New York has used it to get their drivers license, even though if approved will have a limited months on depending on how long the prima facie is good for. Any input from New Yorkers will be appreciated thanks.

I live in New York and yes i got the driver licence.
