If my attorney (safe address) and my adress are in different counties with different field offices being close by, do they send I-485 to the field office closest to my attorney’s address or closest to my address? Is it possible to request a transfer if processing times vary or does that take a long time if even possible?

Mine stills "fees were received" since then.

My notice date for I131 and 765 was November 15. I received an email today saying my cases were approved. Last biometrics was around Feb 2016. I'm assuming I'll get a combo card (had previous combo card 2016, 2017 was just EAD.

Hi everyone, I"m so anxious while I continue to write this, but I am troubled and need assistance. I filed my I360  through an attorney on June2016, to cut the story short. I

received 3 RFE asking me to solidify the evidence I provided. Okay then I did all that. It was June 2017 when they sent request for evidence. By august 2017, I was done submitting everything.

My online case status was updated that they had received the evidence and they would start working on my case again. I am carrying my 4th PrimaFacie extension and my living situation is getting 

worse by the  day because I have been homeless all this time. After waiting for three months: My attorney was also confident that they were now in a process of issuing an answer at least. oh well Instead they asked for more evidence,

worst case was that, it seemed like they lost evidence that I provided 6 months ago. I have no idea what my attorney is doing at this point cause it's 2018 and My application is just pending and without a job friends and family. 

I'm in trouble without shelter and food to eat. PLEASE if anyone is familiar with steps that I can take next.  I'm really confused now. Could the be something wrong with the evidence I provided.  I wrote a 10 page self affidavit, letters from the shelter.

letters from friends and family, photos messages. Everything. 

 

Mid december 2017, They said I'd get an answer 3rd Jan 2018.  till today, There is no answer. Should I panic? What should I do. I have no Money. I had to write this in the library. I"m afraid cause when I ask for help from one of my friends they made fun of me.

one of my guy friend who sexually harassed me cause he would not help me for free. PLZ

HELP!!! I'm about to give up.

I am so sorry about your situation. Please don't give up and don't panic. Try to stay positive. Your case is taking longer than usual but the fact that they keep extending your prima facie means that they are still aware of your case. You can schedule an info pass appointment and/or get your congressman/woman involved in your case. A forum member posed this link not too long ago https://cisomb.dhs.gov/oca/form7001.aspx .You can also try it and see where it leads.

Hello Friends, I have asked this question before about my work authorization.  I would like to file a new one ,this time with c09. I know my attorney would be mad,but I have no choice  because she is refusing to file it she still insist  my category is supposed to be c31. So pls how do I go about it or what step do I take, do I add the c31 receipt  when filling the new c09. Thank you guys for your response. God bless

If you have a pending i-485 go ahead and apply for the EAD category c09 with a copy of your i-485 and photos.

If your lawyer is mad but you obtain your EAD, will it matter to you?

Some October 2016 are still waiting. They are adjudicating some November/December 2016 already according to Sandra but in this forum most people from that time haven’t heard back yet. 

It takes about 14-15 months currently, so you might have to wait until April/May.

Did you get 3 RFEs or 4 in total?

Who lost your evidence, your attorney or USCIS ? 

(When response to a RFE, you have to include all evidence and affidavits even those document has been submitted previously since VSC may only look at your responses for that matter.)

Who said you would get an answer by 3rd of Jan. 2018? (I would not trust the attorney's guess. If VSC says one will get a final decision in 30-45 days, or something like that, one will usually get it.)

 

If you have a true vawa case, your attorney is not a qualified one considering three RFEs...
