Happy holidays everyone! Congratulations who got approved! It is not an easy journey.....

So my vawa timeline is:

12/05/2016 they received my case

12/23/2016 rfe

02/23/2017 respond rfe was received

And my attorney gave me a paper in 08/2017 that extension of prima facie got approved and it's expiring on 03/28/2018 and i need to apply again if they don't make a decision before that date. As he explained it means that I have a strong case.

Just wondering if anyone filed in 12/2016 got approvals? Or how much approximately left to wait?

Filed Dec 22, 2016, I received second prima facie on August 2017, still waiting for approval.

Hi Folks, I am heartbroken because my handsome furry son (my  labrador dog) passed away yesterday. I had to put him to sleep. He turned 15 years old on December 2,2018 and we had a great party to celebrate his birthday. He was a handsome, gentle chocolate labrador. Everything happened so fast, he was happy and playing48 hours ago  but 3 massive seizures took this ability to get up, eat, drink and interact with us.  It hurts really bad not seeing here today playing with his toys, laying in front of the fireplace(his favorite thing), running outside when is snowing, he loved snow and it's snowing here today.

My husband and I can't stop crying. I truly believe that my furry son  returned to God for eternity. One day we will be  reunited and when the time comes we will be ressurected and then there will be no more death, tears or pain.Hug your loved ones a little tighter today. I wish you all a blessed New Year full of  prosperity, happiness and love.

Sorry to hear that !!! May god rest his soul in peace... A very Happy new year to you ..

Hello Sandra, I understand your pain, I lost my flurry baby too last tuesday december 26th, it was an accident he had multiple fractures in the femur and I did not have the money for surgery and can't see him in pain, and I decided to put him to sleep, he was the best gift of God, I enjoyed 10 years of his loyal friendship. The pain is sharp and deep but at the same time I feel happy because I know he is not suffering anymore and he is with our Father God and Jesus he could not be in better place, my Browny must be playing with your baby now.

God bless you Sandra.

Finally have my AP in hand. Got delivered last week. Took 6 months. I just checked the processing times website for VSC and it doesn’t show I-131 anymore. Did Vermont officially stop adjudicating AP and only sends it to other offices? Or did they delete the I-131 line on accident?
