I can not hold this joy.... I could not help but cry...... God has done it..... God gave me the best xmas and birthday gift. my vawa has been approved ....It was aprroved on 12/21/2017.... birthday on 12/25. I pray everyone of us will laugh like i did. AMEN.

rfe received sept 2017 for good moral character

replied rfe nov 2017

approved 12/20

 

It a 15 months journey.

 

I have to move on for file I-485, AP, EAD

 originally filed my vawa application in August 26 2016.( receipt date)

I was asked for an REF on 09/01/2016 ( FOR GOOD MORAL ) 

On 04/10/2017 They stated that they received the REF.

On 8/18/2017 they sent another request for criminal clearance from my country.

On 10/18/2017 they updated they received it.

ON 12/21/2017  they approved it.

yes I did, I got the rfe on the 15th nov 17. I submitted the response before the 31st  nov.

From reading here it seems rfes can cause a couple months of delay, dont worry it will be soon. What was your rfe for?
