Hi. I have some question about my friend... she had I 485 green card interview 5 months ago ( after marrige) she had not got any respond by now. She had info pass (I was with her) USCiS oficer said, they gonna make a decision! I asked her, if it was any chance to be schedualed another interview for her? (stroke) and she said-I don's see any nessecery for that! So..... what can we do and what we should to expect from them? Thanks!!!

Her GC is based on I-130. Has she checked her I-130 status? I-485 can only be approved after I-130 has been approved.

When I-130 was filed concurrently with I-485, AOS interview can be scheduled before I-130 approval. The officer at INFOPASS is not the one who makes the decision.

I have been a silent reader for almost 1.5 years here. I submitted vawa on October 11, 2016. Today I received email from my pro bono lawyer that my vawa was approved on December 8, 2017. Almost 15 months of waiting. I checked my case status online everyday it still shows as my fees were waived. So have hope everyone, maybe ur case was already approved, but it just doesn’t show online. No RFEs, nothing. Thank you Sandra, for proofreading my affidavit!

I submitted I-131 180 days ago (mid-June) and have so far only received the notice (mid-July). This seems very long to me. Can I raise an e-request for it being out of processing times or do they not do those for AP?

Mine was submitted in May and I just recently got approved end of November. So hang on there, I think you will get approved soon.
