Please advise!

My son has been abused in 11/2015. I had to quit my job since then to take care of him.

The lady from shelter advised me to contact the charity organization to do my paper.

I had the first petitioner file all my papers.

So I filed I-360 and I-765 in 02/2016, I-612 in 03/2016. (I picked up all original reciepts from my first petitioner)

07/2016 I sent RFE (I didn't see my first petitioner at the charity. All I know she has no longer working there, so I called the new person as a second petitioner, even I have never seen her at that moment but her assistant)

09/09/2016 I-360 approved

Couple weeks after I got an email notice. I went to see my second petitioner to get my notice as always. She seem like she didn't want to see me but she gave me a copy of Approval Notice. I asked her that I should get the original notice, she said I should receive it in my mail soon. So I been waiting until I moved to the new address. I noticed my petitioner and USCIS that the address has changed.

After that I was busy due to my son's threatment and such.

12/09/16 I called my second petitioner that I should get my EAD since my I-360 has been approved and more than 90 days. She told me to be patient and wait until I get it. (My son got better and I really need to go back to work)

12/12/16 I sent SR for I-765. 12/13/16 My SR has received. 12/15/16 My EAD has been approved and sent it out on 12/19/16. I picked up my card from her assistant again on 12/26/16.

03/2017 I called her again for my I-612 because it's been on hold for 1 year. And again she told me to wait and she cannot do anything.

From this moment I moved to another state because we need to start our new life. I didn't notice her but I mailed AR-11 to USCIS.

So I contacted USCIS and DOS. I find out there were something wrong and missing. So I sent out all paperwork for the waiver on 06/01/2017. It approved on 06/16/2017. I recieved the approval notice in my new address.

07/31/2017 I filed I-485.

I just realized that I still don't have an original I-360 approval. I drove back to see her and ask if I could get the original that she has, so I can have it if I have an interview soon but her assistant said she does not have it. I really don't understand how can she gave me a copy then.

08/11/2017 I sent SR that I did not receive I-360 approval notice. 08/23/17 They sent a respond and 08/24/27 SR was completed. I still get nothing until now.

09/06/17 I called USCIS becouse I don't know how did they respond, like they will send the new one, if so, where they are going to send?

The representative didn't help me at all. She told me to give them sometime and call back later. (???)

09/11/17 I called again. The representative said I need my petitioner to contact them.

What should I do? She is no longer to do my case any more since I moved to another state. Also from my experience, I believe she will never do anything.

Please give me an advise what should I do?

When a friend of mine filed her case. Her lawyer only sent her copies of her receipt notice never the original, she had no problem with immigration because of that.

She went alone, did you make copies for yourself with everything you sent for your vawa? application, usually your interview letter tells you all what you need to bring for the interview.

Yes I did.

Also I am curious. I received EAD without finger print. Is that normal?

Since my I-485 filed on 08/15/17. I still have not received biometric appointment. Does it take that long?

Thank you!

You don't need the I-360 original. You submitted a copy when filing AOS, then you are good.

Did the attorney file the I-485 or did you file?

Go to infpass to confirm your address, USCIS is terrible to update the address and i saw many people here on VJ that USCIS sent the interview letter to the old address despite they informed USCIS the new address.
