We don't know anything about your case, so there's always a chance for denial as there is with every case. 

 

Having said that, just make sure your fiance knows all about these, the dstes, what happened, what the end result was. It's been my experience from reading these thst in general misdemeanors aren't s big deal unless it involved hurting s child in some way.

I hope we get this man. We'll both be heartbroken

If you don't, you'll have to look into moving to the Philippines. Most international couples have two options when it comes to deciding where to live. It won't be the end of the world. Although if the petition has been approved they have already run a background check on you and are satisfied that you can petition. Just make sure your fiancée is 200% aware of your past. She most likely will be questioned about it at the interview. I was questioned about my husband's conviction.

Married: September 27, 2014

I-130 filed: February 5, 2016

NOA1: February 8, 2016 Nebraska

NOA2: July 21, 2016

Interview: December 6, 2016 London

POE: December 19, 2016 Las Vegas

N-400 filed: September 30, 2019

Interview: March 22, 2021 Seattle

Oath: March 22, 2021 COVID-style same-day oath

 

Now a US citizen!
