You will receive a e-mail when your passport if ready for pick-up. Also, go to ustraveldocs website and select your country and go to "Contact Us" and there you will see "Passport Tracking" and that will help you.

Thank You. I picked up my visa today so it didn't take a long time for me.. basically a day after it says issued, its ready for pick up.
