Sharia divorce in Philippines with K1 visa

good day... i just want to share my situation. i got a sharia divorce with my ex husband here in philippines last 2014. i already have marriage certificate annotated, and the documents of my divorce finality. my questions are: 1. is there a chance for me to get k1 visa?  so that we can marry in US.? 

2. we have kids  5 y.o & 4 y.o with my fiance.. but they got their us citizenship last 2014 and their still here in philippines with me. thats why my fiance filed k1 for us to be together. 

3. My interview in US Manila embassy this coming sept. 21, 2017 im just worried when i read about k1 visa denied because sharia divorce is not acceptable. 

Please share your ideas maybe it will enlighten my mind .

Day 6 (1/9/18) Walk-in biometrics in Fort Worth, TX

Day 341 (12/10/18) Interview was scheduled for 1/14/19

Day 376 (1/14/19) Interview

Day 385 (1/23/19) Denied

Day 400 (2/7/19) Denial revoked; N-400 approved; oath ceremony set for 2/14/19

Day 407 (2/14/19) Oath ceremony in Dallas, TX
