I recently lost my Californa ID and I do not have a license yet. Is it possible to use my Work Permit as an ID for my biometrics appointment? It's in 4 days. The letter I got with my appointment doesn't say anything about being able to use a work permit.

Thank you!

And I forgot, my passport expired. Man, I'm quite in a pickle haha. Thank you though!

Expired passport shouldn't be an issue. They just need you to have an ID to prove your identity :) Maybe call your local field office to confirm with them? Or get your passport renewed quickly? LOL.

That's what I was planning to do. I just can't seem to find the direct phone number to the office, all I get is the USCIS number. Ill take my passport just in case. I don't wanna take a day off work but I might have to hah, I was hoping to find someone who used their work permit as an ID, just to confirm but thank you so much for the help! (:

By work permit you mean the EAD + AP combo card? That should work on top of your passport too.

I think so, I'm a DREAMER, I'm able to work though the DACA, that's where I got my work permit from.
