My Fiancé is still under Administrative Processing for over 6 months now. The embassy still has his passport. Is it ok to ask for passport while they still have him in AP? We miss eachother so much! It's been almost 1 year we haven't seen eachother. I'm just afraid if we ask for it back, they will not continue to work on our case...

You need to be patient! You don't want to risk losing all the work you've put in.

It's not safe right now

I'm sorry. That must be awful. I'd sadly agree with the others prob not to ask for it back but in the end you have to do what's right for you.

Hi I read your story, and I really feel for you guys. Hang in there, I know how frustrating it is to wait for you loved one for so long.

I don't know how your embassy deals with AP, or how long it will take.

You (USC petitioner) should also contact your local and state politicians and tell them your story. Ask them to enquire about your case for you, to get details of what if any documents the embassy still needs, and hopefully bump your case back up to the front :-)

All the Best with it, I hope you will get your fiance over to the States very soon.
